When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 15 days* of payment and confirmation of the order.



How long will it take to install the product after it is delivered?

Installation process will be done within 3-5 working days depending upon the furniture product and location of delivery

Is there any extra charges for installation?

Installation is included at no extra cost. All rates you are quoted include installation, shipping, and taxes. Please review your order details to determine the exact price of your order.

How do I track my order?

Track your order in real-time by using the provided tracking number. You'll receive regular updates on your delivery status.

Can I have my designs customised?

Because we supply factory produced modular furniture units, we will be unable to customise the products. However, our team of professionals meticulously chose all the items, including individual units, internal configurations, shutter colours, hardware, accessories, and handles, after doing extensive market research. We are confident that you will find our furniture products that meet your needs. Our cabinet professionals will assist you in selecting the best furniture product configuration for your needs.

How do I place a bulk order?

Can I replace the shutters on my existing kitchen furnishings and wardrobes?

We do not currently offer this service. This is due to the wide range of sizes seen in homes, and our shutter sizes will not match your existing furniture units.

Can I cancel the order once it is confirmed?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Since we commit to a 15-day delivery period, we start processing the order as soon as we receive the payment.

 

Do you have physical store when I can view furniture?

Absolutely! Visit our physical furniture factory to explore our laminated collection in person. Our detailed product descriptions and images are also available online for your convenience.

Can I change the shutters of my existing kitchen / wardrobes?

Now we do not provide this service. This is due to the variation in sizes across so many homes and our shutter sizes will not match your existing units.

 

What is the warranty validity for these items?

5 years warranty on all Modular furniture products. The warranty is only valid if the purchaser does not have any external work done on the products after purchase by a third-party vendor. In this instance, neither the plywood nor the hardware is covered by the company’s warranty. Our warranty does not cover physical furniture product damage such as regular wear and tear, scrapes or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. It also does not cover products that have been damaged due to improper usage or those that have been cleaned using incorrect cleaning procedures or products, nor does it apply to products that have been exposed to moisture.

 

Can I get different furniture products in same finish (colour option)?

Yes, we provide different modular furniture products in all the available finish (colour option) mentioned in website.
